Doctors appointment

I met with the doctor today and got a great report! He measured me and I was 25cm, which I am 24 weeks, so he said I was right on track. I got to hear Hailey's heart beat and it was beating so fast! I had to take my gluclose test today, and should get the results back in the next 2 days or so. It wasn't as bad as I had heard, but it was pretty sweet.. it tasted just like an energy drink, which I don't really like. I have gained 2 pounds since my last appoitment (4 weeks ago)so I am proud of myself for staying on track with that as well :)This was the first appointment that Dustin did not go to with me, and I have to admit that it was sort of weird. We have been very blessed that he can go to all of my appointments, but he is feeling under the weather (funny term for today with the rain!!) so he stayed at home to try and fight that off.

I have been feeling great for the most part and thank God for giving me a good pregnancy so far. My back has started hurting a lot lately, but that is part of the deal. My next appointment is in 4 weeks and we are trying to decide whether or not to go ahead with the 3D ultrasound. They are so cool and amazing, but it is at an extra cost, and we are just not sure if that is where we want to spend the money. I did find out today that I won't have any more ultrasounds unless there are complications, so that makes me want to have it even more to see her one last time before we actually get to hold her! We will figure it all out though. Please continue to keep us in your prayers :)
