Snow Day!

I can't believe the snow that we got on Sunday! The weather man was saying that we would get a dusting to 1", but as always, what do they know! It just kept snowing and kept snowing. We finally talked ourselves into getting out in the cold to play in the snow.
Dustin built a mini snowman and we put it on the top of the mailbox! The next day he built a big snowman with the little boy next door. I mostly watched and tried not to bust my butt... it was very slippery. I did try sledding on a trash can lid, but it didn't really work out and Dustin got mad and said that I didn't need to be doing that (so protective)!

The dogs had some much fun. Dozi loved it and was running around eating all that she could. Angel had to warm up to it (literally). She walked around the edges of the deck like it was too cold to walk in. But once she saw dozi having fun, she decided to give it a go and loved it! I video taped them because it was just too funny for pictures :)
Unfort our power went out 7:30 Sunday night and didn't come back on until Monday around 4:30.. it got down to 55 degrees in our house! Brrr..
