38 weeks (9 1/2 months)

We enjoyed the Memorial day weekend by laying around the whole time and not doing too much of anything. Dustin painted our last room for now while I cleaned up the house, but that was the extent of our chores this weekend. I love all of our newly painted rooms. I got to catch up on some scrapbooking and almost wrapping up the 08 year (I know, I know!) We went today for our weekly check up and the doctor gave us another great report :) He said my tummy measurements were good and her heartbeat was good as well. It is always fun to hear her heart beating so fast. I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately. My stomach has been really crampy and she decides to get in uncomfortable positions for mommy. Dustin says that I still try and do everything I could before at the same pace and need to slow it down. But it is hard when you get to counting down the days and know there are things that need to get done. I do listen to my body when it says stop and try to prop my feet up. We love to sit and watch Hailey "play"... she does flips and rolls already! haha. Daddy gets amazed when she decides to make my whole stomach collect on one side. It does look pretty funny. Every once in a while you can see the exact outline of a little foot and we just laugh. She responds so well to his voice and touch and it brings a smile to his face. She loves when mommy sings (with noone around of course!) and dances to the music. She enjoys dancing along with me! We are getting so excited and know that it is just around the corner! We can't wait to see our baby girl and share her with the world!!
